Voices’ leaders will report on new leverage points to advance social justice and cultural equity at the upcoming Grantmakers in the Arts conference at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2009, in Brooklyn, NY.

A second round of Voices forums is scheduled for:

October 2-3, 2009 in New Orleans, LA, during the Imagining America: Artists and Scholars in Public Life national conference. Saturday, October 3, from 12:30 - 3:00 pm at the New Orleans African American Museum (148 Gov. Nicholls St.) and Sunday, October 4, 1:00 to 4:00 pm at Ashe Cultural Arts Center (1712 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd.).

February 17-21, 2010 in Memphis, TN at the Folk Alliance International Conference.
